In nearly 40 years of practice, he has tried thousands of cases from murders to DUI's in Washington County; in the Circuit, District and Juvenile courts.  ​ Brian's vast experience includes both criminal and civil trials in Washington, Frederick and Montgomery Counties. He has served as a prosecutor in three counties while also being the former District Public Defender for Washington and Frederick Counties. Along the way, he helped create and run a juvenile drug court.
